We wish to highlight her exceptional skills and contributions, which played a vital role in

developing the agritourism experiences at our farm this past summer.

Our farm is a small, women-owned and led agroecological project located in Pucón, in the south

of Chile. We produce fresh vegetables year-round and organize on-site experiences that

celebrate and promote the biocultural region. Our activities include hands-on farming

workshops, educational visits for young students, and two major annual events—“Fiesta de la

Primavera” and “Fiesta del Zapallo”—which attract a diverse and engaged community.

This year, as part of our ongoing commitment to promote sustainable food production and

wellness, we launched a series of “Farm-to-Table” events during the summer season. Given her

deep expertise and passion, we naturally turned to Natalie Valenzuela to lead these events.

Natalie is not only the precursor of the brunch concept in Pucón, she is also widely recognized

for her deep appreciation of the region, her commitment to using locally sourced ingredients,

and her talent for curating exceptional culinary experiences. She built her reputation by opening

the renowned “Brunch Bar” and has crafted exquisite dining experiences at various locations in

Pucón.

Together, our goal was to create high-quality farm brunch experiences, featuring ingredients

harvested directly from our farm and sourced from trusted local producers. Each event included

an intimate 12- to 16-person seating, a guided tour of the farm, a hands-on ingredient

recollection experience, and live cooking led by Natalie. Over the course of three successful

seatings, she designed and executed diverse menus featuring both savory and sweet dishes,

paired with handcrafted cocktails and an array of complimentary beverages. In parallel, she

included us in the recipe development process, and really highlighted a few ingredients that are

unique to our farm. Our efforts were further supported by “Mercado Local”, the region’s largest

supermarket specializing in locally sourced goods, which recognized and endorsed our vision.

Natalie’s leadership, culinary expertise, and passion were instrumental in the success of these

events. Working with her has been a learning experience for us—the farm team—and it was

truly enjoyable to collaborate with someone who shares our passion for good food, protecting

the region, and values guest experience above all. We especially want to highlight her

adaptability and problem-solving skills, particularly in outdoor settings that are not necessarily

equipped with a professional kitchen. Throughout our experiences, Natalie consistently

demonstrated professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic both on and off duty.

We strongly support Natalie’s applications, her skills and experience will allow her to contribute meaningfully
to the U.S. hospitality and agritourism

industries. Her talent, dedication, and innovative approach make her an invaluable asset to any

organization seeking excellence in culinary and guest experience.

Should you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,

Justine Mouron
